This recipe is from From Kincaid’s, Burlingame, CA
1 small clove garlic, minced
Pinch dry mustard
¼ tsp ground black pepper
¼ tsp onion salt
Pinch white pepper
1 Tbsp plus 1 t red wine vinegar
1/3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco (or Crystal Hot Sauce) to taste
1/3 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 ½ oz. Buttermilk
4 oz Maytag blue cheese, crumbled (I actually like Danish Blue Cheese...)
1. Dissolve spices into vinegar, Worcestershire, and Tabasco.
2. Combine with sour cream and mayonnaise.
3. Thin dressing with buttermilk, add Maytag blue cheese and let sit overnight.
